The Zine
A pocket-sized version of the 15-point guide. One point, one page.

Most people won't read a book about living long and healthy. They'll nod at the idea, agree it matters, and never open it. I know this, because I've watched it happen with my own family and friends.
So I made the zine.
It's the entire 15-point Atmasvasth guide, stripped to its essentials — one point, one short page at a time. No trials cited, no footnotes, no 2,000-word essays. Just what to do, in language anyone can finish in a single sitting. The book is for the people who want the evidence and the reasoning. The zine is for everyone else — the parent who won't sit with a book, the friend who says they're "too busy," the relative who'll read one page if you put it in their hand.
That's the point of it, frankly. It's small enough to give away. A pack of five comes with an envelope, which means you're not buying a booklet — you're buying something you can hand to five people you actually care about. The packs come in 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10, and they make genuinely good gifts, the kind that might do more for someone's next twenty years than anything else you'd put in an envelope.

I'm not going to pretend a zine will change a life on its own. But getting one short, honest, jargon-free page in front of someone who'd never otherwise engage — that's a start most health writing never manages.
If you've found anything here useful over the months, this is the easiest way to pass it on.
