Atmavasth is a documentation of my own journey to learn how to live long, healthy. Over the last 3 years, I have explored every topic that is relevant to our healthspan and lifespan and continue to add to that body of knowledge as and when there is new data or a new published study or new knowledge.
This has resulted in the 15-page guide to live long, healthy, allowing us to create a roadmap to be and remain healthy.
The book, Atmasvasth - A Guide to Ageing Healthfully, published in Oct 2023, contains all this knowledge and also serves as a daily log book. The book and this website are each other's companions, both complementing each other.
